Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities will include building partnerships with brands and organizations, managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to provide customized event solutions. The role requires a results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the corporate events industry.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Strong abilities in Business and Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
