About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive (Ad Sales) who has experience in selling advertising solutions and building strong client relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate revenue through strategic partnerships and ad sales.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients for advertising and brand partnerships.
- Generate revenue through ad sales, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
- Pitch advertising solutions and customized brand campaigns to potential clients.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and design teams for campaign execution.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track sales activities.
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, or brand partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in digital advertising, media, or marketing agencies will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of advertising campaigns, media buying, and brand promotions.
