We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through an inside sales approach. The role involves engaging with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and managing the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Lead Generation: Use Google Mapping, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, indiamart. independently build a high-value pipeline of architects, dealers, and consultants.
- End-to-End Client Acquisition: Lead the full sales cycle—from the first cold outreach and on-ground presentation to commercial negotiation and final contract closure.
- Relationship Management: Conduct 2–3 high-impact stakeholder meetings per month to turn leads into long-term strategic partners.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and drive a small sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through active field guidance.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B field sales or business development
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation tools
- Proficient with Google Maps, LinkedIn, and indiamart tool
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience mentoring or guiding a small sales team is a strong advantage
