We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through an inside sales approach. The role involves engaging with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and managing the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
Key responsibility
- Generate leads using platforms such as Google Maps, LinkedIn, and IndiaMART
- Identify and connect with architects, dealers, and consultants
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings with prospective clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Present products/services and negotiate commercial terms
- Maintain and develop long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Required qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in outbound sales and client handling
- Proficiency in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, Google Maps, and IndiaMART
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
