Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in International IT Sales and Cold Calling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, lead generation expertise, and the ability to convert prospects into business opportunities across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Identify and develop new international clients for IT services and solutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for proposals and solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in International IT Sales / IT Services Sales.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with US/UK/Australian clients preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently in night shifts.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in selling software services, web/mobile development, staffing, or digital solutions is an added advantage.
