Epic Web Service is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team!
📍 Location
Zirakpur, Punjab (In-Office)
🕙 Working Hours
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)
📅 Experience
1+ Year in Business Development, IT Services, Digital Agency, or SaaS Sales

Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities
✅ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
✅ Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
✅ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable web, app, and digital marketing solutions
✅ Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
✅ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships
✅ Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery
✅ Track sales performance using CRM tools and prepare reports
✅ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
What We're Looking For
✔️ 1+ year of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Digital Agency, or SaaS Sales
✔️ Strong Lead Generation and New Business Development skills
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
✔️ Experience managing sales pipelines and client accounts
✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
✔️ Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow
