Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will oversee new business development activities, generate leads, build and manage client relationships, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include nurturing accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and expansion goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Knowledge in Business strategy and Account Management for maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams while maintaining self-motivation and independence
- Proficiency with CRM tools and business software is an advantage
- Prior experience in the drone, GIS, or related industries is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth
