Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and marketing Virtual Wildlife Safari to educational institutions, tourism organizations, tours & travel companies, and corporate event management firms. The role requires strong relationship building skills, market expansion capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education, tourism, travel, and corporate event sectors
- Promote and present Virtual Wildlife Safari and other solutions to schools, colleges, universities, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and institutional partners
- Conduct Virtual Wildlife Safari and other solutions presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
- Generate leads through tele calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client servicing
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, education fairs, and promotional events
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MBA / PGDM or any Management Graduate from a recognized institution
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in:
- Educational products or services
- Tourism / Tours & Travels
- Corporate event management
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Target-driven with a strong sales orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities
