Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive responsible for expanding the reach of EnlightenEd Academy’s job-oriented training programs. The role involves visiting engineering and degree colleges, identifying and generating potential student leads, and building strong relationships with college management, placement officers, and student coordinators.
The Business Development Executive will interact directly with students to promote our programs, organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, hackathons, and career awareness sessions on campus. The role also involves maintaining a pipeline of prospective students, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the enrollment process.
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in increasing student participation, developing campus partnerships, and driving the growth of EnlightenEd Academy’s training programs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy and growth planning
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the education sector or EdTech industry is an advantage
