Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will perform market research to identify leads, develop and implement sales strategies, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in SaaS/IT sales
- Strong business development skills, including lead generation, sales strategy, and relationship management
- Proficiency in market research, proposal development, and negotiating deals with potential clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to align client requirements with company solutions and drive organizational growth
- Experience working in digital transformation, technology, or a related industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
