Role Purpose: This Sales Executive will support Embrace Consulting in building a qualified B2B sales pipeline by identifying target accounts, researching decision-makers, conducting cold outreach, generating meetings, supporting pre-sales conversations, and maintaining clean CRM discipline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience to maximum 2 years in Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, Sales Insights role.
- Understanding of Indian B2B HR Tech market.
- Must have worked in a B2B business/sales driven organization for at least minimum 1 year.
- Preferred Industry is HR Tech, and/or Training & Development, and/or Executive Coaching.
- Under-graduates are welcome too.
- Hard-Skills:
- Hands-on experience in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PPT respectively.
- Hands-on experience in tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha, SignalHire, Apollo.io, respectively.
- Experience in any CRM and Outreach tools like Instantly.ai, SmartReach.io, Lemlist, Saleshandy is an added advantage.
- Soft Skills
- Good and strong communication skills both Verbal and Written (excellent command of English language).
- Confidence to speak with CXOs and Business Leaders.
- Willing to make outbound cold calls without hesitation for preliminary introductions and sales pitches.
- High ownership, follow-up discipline, and daily activity consistency.
- This role is both an individual and team contributor.
- The role will have targets after successful completion of prohibition period.
- Ability to handle pressure and adhere to timelines.
- Passion about sales, developing business, and talking to people.
Job Profile
Your day will typically involve multi-tasking as:
Lead Generation & Account Research:
- Build a structured database of target companies across industries in India and identify relevant decision-makers such as CHROs, CPOs, HR Heads, Talent Heads, L&D Heads, CEOs, Directors.
- Use LinkedIn, company websites, industry reports, HR forums, Google search, newsletters, and event lists to build account intelligence.
- Maintain updated company, contact, designation, email, LinkedIn URL, phone number, industry, employee size, and outreach status data.
Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting:
- Run personalized and structured outreach through Calls, Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp where appropriate, and follow-up sequences.
- Generate interest and Qualify prospects based on need, urgency, decision authority for Embrace’s solutions such as Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Workshops.
- Book (and attend) discovery meetings and ensure every prospect interaction is professional, consultative, and respectful.
Pre-Sales Support
- Prepare account briefs before client meetings and support Embrace’s CEO with meeting notes, client background research, proposal inputs, presentation customization, and follow-up emails.
- Understand Embrace’s core value proposition and help convert early conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
- Track objections, client questions, competitor mentions, and recurring market patterns.
- Coordinate internally for proposals, case examples, and follow-up actions.
CRM, Reporting & Sales Operations:
- Keep all prospect data clean, updated, and usable; and maintain accurate daily records of Calls, Emails, LinkedIn outreach, responses, meetings booked, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Create weekly reports on outreach volume, response rate, meeting conversion, qualified leads, and pipeline movement.
- Build reusable outreach templates, call scripts, objection-handling notes, and industry-wise prospect lists.
- Share market intelligence with Embrace team, including buyer objections, common HR pain points, and competitor positioning.
Interview Evaluation: There are three (03) rounds as below and each round is an elimination round.
- Round 1: Human Resource - Initial introduction and basic checks.
- Round 2: Technical & Sales - Detailed round with Business Head.
- Round 3: Final - Detailed conversation with Founder & CEO.
- You are required to visit the office for Round 3 and/or after the final short-listing.
