We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Elixir Global. This role focuses on driving business growth, managing client relationships, and identifying cross-selling opportunities across our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Business Development
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Convert leads into long-term business partnerships
🔹 Cross-Selling & Client Growth
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base
• Promote relevant services based on client needs
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions to clients
🔹 Market Development
• Support expansion into new markets and segments
• Contribute to revenue growth through strategic client engagement
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales/Marketing / Cross-Selling
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
✔ Experience in service-based industries will be an added advantage
