We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who is eager to build a career in the IT industry. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively presenting our IT services as solutions.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients, including networking platforms and professional groups
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Manage end-to-end client communication from initial discussion to project completion
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and timely follow-ups
- Coordinate internally for proposals, requirement gathering, and project handovers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
๐ Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in BBA, MBA, IT, or related field
- Freshers with strong interest in IT Business Development are welcome
- Up to 1.5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client coordination

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive, confident, and result-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal and client coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT services domain
- Basic understanding of IT services is a plus
