We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to successful deal closure
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages
Present products/services effectively to clients and address customer requirements professionally
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure long-term business relationships and customer satisfaction
Track sales performance metrics and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
Understanding of the complete sales cycle, including lead generation and deal closure
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
Proficiency in CRM software/tools is preferred
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
