Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of leads, and establishing and nurturing client and account relationships. The Business Development Executive will work closely with internal teams to drive growth, manage client accounts, and achieve business targets. Excellent communication and strategic skills are critical for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Effective Communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams
- Experience in growing business pipelines and achieving sales or growth targets
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with software development services or related industries
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
