📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities through market research and networking.
- Relationship Building: Connect with architects, builders, and facility managers to promote our MEP services.
- Sales Cycle Management: From scheduling meetings to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Strategy: Track market trends and competitor activities to keep us ahead.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Strong track record in B2B sales or client acquisition.
- Fluency in both Malayalam and English is required.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
