Position: Full-Time | On-Site(Kalyani Nagar,Pune)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cold calls to connect with potential students and clients
- Generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable guidance
- Following up with prospects and nurturing relationships
- Converting inquiries into admissions with team support
- Maintaining client records and sales reports
Who Should Apply?
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
- Eager to learn sales psychology and business development
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives (over and above salary)
