We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused professional to join our team as an Admissions Counselor for our MBA Programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their academic journey and supporting them throughout the admission process.
Key Roles and Responsibilities -
- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their career goals and provide personalized counselling.
- Promote MBA programs by clearly communicating curriculum strengths, faculty expertise, industry exposure, and career opportunities.
- Support students through the admissions process by assisting with applications, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, specializations, fees, scholarships, and financial aid options.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships leading to enhanced trust and increased conversion rates.
- Conduct market research on competitor offerings and industry trends to strengthen counselling strategies.
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to streamline enrolment and enhance outreach initiatives.
- Track student interactions and generate performance reports to improve counselling effectiveness.
