Business Development Executive - Bangalore
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, EdTech, study abroad, or higher education.
* Strong communication and sales skills across phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
* Knowledge of IELTS/PTE/Duolingo or university admissions is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, and ad campaigns.
* Counsel students and professionals on IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, and online certification courses.
* Recommend suitable courses based on career goals, eligibility, budget, and schedule.
* Conduct counselling sessions and course demos.
* Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp to drive enrolments and update CRM regularly.
* Manage the sales funnel from enquiry to enrolment and achieve monthly targets.
* Discuss fees, EMI options, scholarships, and close admissions.
* Maintain CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow-up records.
* Build partnerships with study-abroad consultants and referral networks.
