ECOMES is a BIM consulting firm specializing in BIM modeling, coordination, structural detailing, and sustainable construction solutions.
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ Years experience in international lead generation / business development
- Strong skills in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and outbound calling
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Strong understanding of BIM / AEC industry preferred
AEC/BIM sales experience will be preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and qualify international leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Promote BIM services including 3D–7D BIM, coordination, clash detection, and green building solutions
- Maintain lead pipeline and schedule client meetings
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and presentations
- Track activities using CRM tools and market research
PREFERRED:
- Experience with international AEC clients
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and digital construction services
