Job Title: Business Development Associate / Representative / Intern

About Role:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team in a Business Development role. The core focus of this role is outreach and lead generation, where you will actively connect with brands, introduce our campaign management services, and drive collaborations.
KRAs:
- Identify and reach out to potential brands via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Pitch our campaign management services and explain value propositions
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Initiate and manage conversations with brand decision-makers
- Support in closing collaborations and driving revenue
- Maintain daily outreach and follow-up tracking
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and pitching
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
- Must have a personal laptop
- Ability to join immediately (from 1st April)
