Job Description
Business Development Executive (Tele-Calling / Franchise) – 4 Positions
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting To: Business Development Manager – Franchise Sales
Role Purpose
Drive franchise lead engagement through tele-calling, qualify potential investors, and support the franchise sales pipeline by scheduling meetings, nurturing prospects, and assisting in closures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Tele-Calling
- Make outbound calls to digital leads and prospects interested in franchise opportunities.
- Introduce Native Touch’s franchise concepts and explain business models clearly.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain high productivity levels in daily call volume and engagement quality
Franchise Opportunity Promotion
- Promote franchise formats such as ProMill, GoMill, Stories by Native Touch, and Millet Plaza.
- Educate prospects on investment, ROI expectations, and brand positioning.
- Share presentations, brochures, and information decks with prospects.
Lead Qualification & Follow-ups
- Identify serious investors through structured qualification questions.
- Schedule meetings, virtual presentations, and discovery calls for the BDM/team.
- Follow up on proposals, pending documentation, and decision timelines.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to improve conversion rates.
CRM & Activity Management
- Update all calls, discussions, and follow-ups in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Maintain accurate records of lead status, conversion stage, and next actions.
- Track personal pipeline and contribute to the overall sales funnel.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Submit daily call reports and activity updates.
- Share weekly performance reports covering calls, leads, meetings, and conversions.
- Support monthly reporting on pipeline movement and closure trends.
- Follow action plans shared by the BDM to improve conversions.
Coordination & Sales Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and follow-ups.
- Support franchise onboarding documentation and handover to operations.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and tele-outreach initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 1–3 years of tele-sales, inside sales, or business development experience
- Franchise sales exposure preferred
Education
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and convincing ability
- High energy and comfort with tele-calling targets
- Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building ability
- Basic understanding of franchise sales and investment conversations
- CRM knowledge preferred
- FMCG / food / retail exposure advantageous
