Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive to manage inbound demand and build supply on our platform.
This role sits at the core of our business — converting tenant enquiries into successful closures while simultaneously onboarding quality landlords.

Role: Full-time
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Compensation: As per industry standards + performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Conversion (Demand Side)
Handle and convert inbound tenant enquiries (flats / PGs / flatmates)
Follow up on leads from Meta Ads and other acquisition channels
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant, high-quality matches
Drive conversations towards successful bookings/closures
Supply Acquisition (Landlord Side)
Source and onboard landlords/property owners from company-provided databases
Build a strong pipeline of verified and high-quality listings
Ensure listings meet platform standards for quality and accuracy
Coordination & Execution
Act as a bridge between tenants and landlords to close deals efficiently
Maintain accurate and structured data in CRM (calls, follow-ups, status updates)
Manage multiple leads simultaneously with strong follow-through

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in sales / business development / client management is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is an advantage
Understanding of Mumbai’s rental/shared living market is a strong plus
