Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and driving growth through effective communication and business strategies. The individual will play a key role in identifying leads, pitching services or solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Account Management and Business operations
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role is advantageous
