Business Development Executive (BDE)
1. About DScribe
DScribe is a tablet-and-stylus-based paperless IPD system that helps hospitals reduce paperwork and improve doctor efficiency. We work closely with doctors and hospital teams to drive smooth digital transformation.
2. Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is eager to learn the hospital software space, build strong hospital relationships, and grow into a senior role. This is a field-focused role with high learning exposure.
3. Key Responsibilities
• Visit hospitals and meet doctors, administrators, and decision-makers
• Understand hospital workflows and identify operational gaps
• Explain DScribe’s benefits clearly and confidently
• Coordinate product demos and follow-ups
• Support onboarding and implementation with internal teams
• Build long-term hospital relationships
4. What We’re Looking For (Talent > Degree)
• Strong learning mindset and ownership attitude
• Comfortable meeting new people and building trust
• Quick understanding of healthcare environments
• Local language skills (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu etc.)
• Willingness to improve English communication
• Positive attitude and resilience
Talent and curiosity matter more than certificates.
5. Experience & Education
• Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience
• Field sales or healthcare exposure is a plus, not mandatory
6. Performance Expectations
• Regular hospital visits (5–10 per day based on area and learning stage)
• Focus on meaningful conversations, not just numbers
• Continuous improvement in customer understanding
