Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and nurturing relationships to drive growth. Daily tasks include prospecting, lead generation, creating proposals, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet organizational objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Expertise in Business strategies and Account Management for driving successful partnerships and projects
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to meet targets, work in a team-oriented environment, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Experience in digital marketing or design-related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
