Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and communicating effectively to drive business growth. Collaboration with internal teams to strategize and achieve business objectives will also be a key aspect of this position.
Additional Details
- Salary : INR.30,000 - INR 60,000 Per Month
- IT Industry experience is mandatory (No EdTech Companies)
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of Business operations and practices
- Proven Communication skills to effectively connect with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Account Management, including managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the software development industry and digital services is a plus
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
