We are a US-based logistics service provider company looking for self-driven dedicated individuals with an out of the box thinking. This is a business development role that comprises of learning USA logistics process and manage day-to-day operations of customers. The individual we are looking for should have excellent communication skills.
Job - Hybrid role (remote + eventual on-site role)
Responsibilities
1. Establishing business contacts and proactively working on getting direct accounts.
2. Develop and maintain positive business relationships with current customers.
3. Organize and maintain data, documents, invoices on a daily basis.
4. Learn the process and follow SOPs, run operations.
5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
6. Assist in supply management with the reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
7. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
8. Improve continuously through feedback
9. Work with the senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent the growth
Qualifications
• UG : Any Graduate/Freshers can apply
• Strong communication and presentation skills
Salary
• Rs 2.8 lac to Rs 3.5 lac per annum based on experience, profile and how you perform during selection.
