Business Development Executive / Sales Officer – Healthcare Partnerships

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Officer from the healthcare industry to drive strategic partnerships and sales for our healthcare services. The role involves building and managing partnerships with corporates, universities, builders, hospitals, and other institutions to expand our healthcare network and services.
The ideal candidate should be confident in both field sales and inside sales, capable of generating leads, closing partnerships, and achieving business targets. Candidates from healthcare, insurance, wellness, or B2B service backgrounds are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with corporates, universities, builders, hospitals, and institutions
- Promote and sell healthcare and wellness services offered by Dr. Morepen Home
- Generate leads through field visits, meetings, networking, and inside sales activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and execution of partnerships
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare sales, business development, insurance, or B2B partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented with proven sales achievement experience
- Comfortable with both field sales and inside sales activities
- Ability to work independently and drive closures
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Background
Candidates from healthcare, insurance, wellness, hospital, pharma, or corporate sales backgrounds will be preferred.
