Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for IT services and enterprise solutions. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and the ability to understand customer requirements and align them with company offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT and consulting solutions.
- Promote company services including ERP solutions, AI automation, payroll systems, software development, and enterprise consulting.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with technical and recruitment teams to ensure smooth client engagement and project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the IT industry.
- Good understanding of IT services, ERP solutions, software development, or consulting services.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, email communication, and client outreach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good presentation and proposal preparation skills.
Educational Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or related field
- MBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, or related specialization) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT consulting, ERP sales, or software services sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP solutions, or enterprise software services
- Experience handling domestic or international clients
- Strong LinkedIn networking and client engagement skills
