About the Role
We are a growing marketing agency looking for a driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, pitch our services, and convert prospects into long-term clients. You will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in scaling the agency's revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Pitch agency services to startups, SMEs, and enterprises
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations
- Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of business processes and principles, with the ability to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Prior experience in a marketing or digital agency preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Knowledge of digital marketing services — SEO, social media, paid media, content marketing
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
