Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can bring in new clients and also handle existing client communication.
This role needs someone who understands how to sell services by understanding business problems and who can build strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition
- Generate new business through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
- Pitch Doodle Box services, including branding, Meta ads, Google ads, web and app development
- Take discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Close deals with a consultative and value-driven approach
- Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients
- Manage communication between clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Maintain strong long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to understand business needs and sell solutions
- Experience in agency, digital marketing, or SaaS sales is a plus
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and closing
Compensation
Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
No cap on incentives
