We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team who have strong networking skills and an understanding of the construction, interiors, architecture and real estate ecosystem.
Our company specializes in interior contracting and project execution, with experience across residential, hospitality and commercial spaces.
We are expanding our presence and looking to build a network of professionals who can help identify opportunities, build relationships and support project development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on upcoming construction and renovation projects.
- Facilitate introductions and initial discussions with potential clients.
- Support project development through coordination and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Identify potential interior / fit-out project opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong local network in architecture, construction, interiors, or real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to identify opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in business development / sales.
- Self-driven mindset with a growth attitude.
