Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, following up on prospects, and converting them into customers. The role mainly focuses on bringing in new clients and supporting the company’s business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce DigitalPix services
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Maintain lead details and sales updates
- Support business growth by achieving sales targets
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Experience in B2B sales will be an advantage
- Familiarity with digital services, marketing, branding, or website-related services is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month
- 10% commission on every closed deal
