Role Description
We are looking for a driven and capable Business Development Executive to strengthen our outbound sales efforts, build qualified sales opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, can manage a structured sales pipeline, and is confident engaging with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
This is a full-time remote position. As a Business Development Executive, your core responsibility will be to generate sales qualified leads(SQLs) and help build a strong, scalable outbound sales pipeline for Digital
SEO Land. You will manage the end to end outbound process, from prospecting and
outreach to follow-ups, lead nurturing, and pipeline coordination.
This role requires someone who can combine strong communication skills with smart
prospecting, account planning, and a clear understanding of digital marketing services. You
should be comfortable identifying the right prospects, tailoring outreach strategies, and
moving opportunities forward through consistent and professional engagement.
Candidate preference (Qualifications)
● 1 to 2 years of experience in new business development, agency sales, lead generation, or B2B client acquisition
● Bachelor or Masters in Marketing, Business, or any related field will be preferred
● Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and targeted outbound engagement strategies
● Strong account planning skills, including identifying decision-makers and tailoring engagement strategies for different accounts
● Ability to deliver concise, compelling value propositions to prospects based on their needs and business context
● Strong prospecting skills with the ability to use industry knowledge and market intelligence
● Effective time management and the ability to work independently with ownership
● A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively address challenges and move conversations forward
● Confident and credible communicator with a professional presence
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify high-potential prospects across relevant industries and target markets
● Build and maintain accurate prospect databases
● Outbound email outreach campaigns, including sequencing, personalization, follow-ups, and campaign tracking
● LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building with founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers
● Own and manage the end to end outbound sales process from initial outreach to lead qualification
● Track inbound leads and ensure timely and structured follow-up for maximum conversion potential
● Nurture both warm and cold leads through relevant follow-ups and ongoing engagement
● Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across different stages of the funnel
● Coordinate with internal teams to understand services, positioning, and offer communication that aligns with client needs
● Identify new business opportunities, outreach angles, and target segments using market research and industry understanding
