Job Title: Senior End-to-End Sales Executive (B2B Sales)
Location: Baner, Pune (On-site)

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive end-to-end B2B sales and contribute to revenue growth. The role involves owning the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and lead generation
- Identify new opportunities and drive revenue through client acquisition
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant business solutions
- Qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads for higher conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Track and report pipeline, performance, and KPIs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development / inside sales / cold calling
- Experience in B2B sales, revenue generation, and deal closures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Experience in Performance Marketing Agency is a plus
