Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Chennai and focuses on driving new revenue opportunities for Digital Inertia. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and nurturing leads through calls, meetings, and presentations. The role involves collaborating with internal marketing and account management teams to tailor proposals, prepare pitch materials, and close business deals. The Business Development Executive will maintain ongoing relationships with clients, track performance against sales targets, and provide feedback on market trends to inform service offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and convert prospects into clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to understand client needs, structure solutions, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct effective presentations, negotiate contracts, and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Relevant skills such as basic knowledge of marketing services, familiarity with CRM tools, and comfort working with targets and KPIs are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in a marketing or agency environment, is an advantage.
