Job Description
Digital Hikers is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, pitch our digital marketing services, schedule meetings, and maintain the CRM with proper follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential leads and understand their business requirements.
- Explain our digital marketing services professionally.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM regularly.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Coordinate with the internal team for a smooth handover.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident speaking over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
