About the Company
DigiMantra is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive – Outbound Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach, and client engagement in the Web Development and Mobile App Development services domain.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies.
- Conduct lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Identify potential clients for Web Development and Mobile App Development services.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their basic requirements.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Execute outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Experience selling IT services, especially Web Development and Mobile App Development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and identify potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of the IT services industry.
