Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating quality leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. They will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients, generate proposals, and achieve sales targets, contributing to the growth and market outreach of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in Business strategies, market research, and identifying potential clients and opportunities
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Skills in Account Management to handle client portfolios effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with industries such as Oil and Gas, Energy, Material Handling, or related sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management is preferred
