Business Development Executive – Lead Generation (Immediate Joiner)

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to join our team on-site in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. This is a target-driven role focused on expanding our client base through proactive outreach and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting outbound sales calls to generate and qualify high-intent business leads.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the marketing and data sectors.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and managing follow-ups effectively.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align company solutions with client needs.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales calling, lead generation, or a call center environment is mandatory.
- Communication: verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
- Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner
- Location: Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Pune office. (Kalyani Nagar)
Compensation & Benefits- Annual CTC: ₹1,70,000 per annum.
- Performance-based incentives (Unlimited up to 50k).
