We are hiring a Business Development Executive who is proactive, persuasive, and performance-driven. This commission-based role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment and are confident in their ability to drive revenue by closing new business deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate high-quality leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with client and company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
- Contribute to team leadership and alignment with company goals.
Requirements :
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Compensation :
- This is a commission-based position.
- The selected candidate will earn 50% of the revenue from each lead they personally generate and successfully convert into a sale.
- The commission will be calculated based on the final closed deal value.
