Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Dechef is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will conduct client outreach, prepare and deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, monitoring market trends, and providing regular performance reports. The role requires proactive engagement with prospects and clients to drive revenue growth and support Dechef’s global expansion.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Strong Business acumen and Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships and manage ongoing engagements.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and operations teams to align client needs with design and service offerings.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines and report performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in design, creative services, or digital marketing industries is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
