💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
🔍 Are you from a recruitment consultancy background with strong client handling skills?
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and build strong client relationships in the HR services domain.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Generate new business opportunities in recruitment & staffing services
✔️ Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking & references
✔️ Understand client hiring needs and provide customized HR solutions
✔️ Manage end-to-end client coordination with internal recruitment team
✔️ Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
✔️ Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in HR consultancy / recruitment agency (mandatory)
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Proven experience in client acquisition
✅ Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
🎓 Qualification:
Any Graduate / MBA (HR/Marketing preferred)
