Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can drive sales, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into successful business opportunities across events, retreats, and celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads and inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, calls)
• Convert leads into bookings for retreats, weddings, and events
• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Pitch services creatively and confidently to potential clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in sales / business development (events, hospitality, or luxury segment preferred)
• Confident personality with a client-first approach
• Ability to handle high-value clients
• Social media understanding (Instagram leads handling is a plus)
• Self-motivated & target-oriented
