Hiring: Commission-Based Business Development (BD) Executive | Cygnus Pandas IT Solutions
Are you a driven sales professional who knows how to close deals and bring in clients? We are looking for a **Commission-Based Business Development Executive** to help us grow our international client base in software development and IT services.

Role Overview
As a BD Executive, your primary responsibility will be to:
-Generate leads and identify potential clients (India & International)
-Pitch our IT services (Software Development, Testing, Maintenance)
-Schedule meetings and convert prospects into clients
-Build long-term client relationships

Compensation
Commission-Based Only (Initial 3 Months)
Earn 10%–20% commission per project
High earning potential — no cap

3 months, based on your performance:

Required Experience & Skills
6 months to 3+ years in **B2B Sales / Business Development
Experience in IT services / software sales (preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Email Outreach.
Ability to work independently and close deals

- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred
