About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, building client relationships, and driving business growth, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research & lead generation
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations & proposals
• Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close deals effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements:
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Target-oriented and self-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Pharma industry experience is a plus
