Salary: Up to ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Minimum 2 Year (Pharma Experience Preferred)
Qualification: B. Pharm, M. Pharm or Relevant Qualification Preferred
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive (PCD Pharma) to expand our PCD franchise network and drive sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for appointing distributors, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Appoint new PCD franchise partners and distributors
- Generate leads through calls and digital platforms
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate for order processing and dispatch
- Track market trends and competitor activities
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of PCD pharma business
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach
- Basic MS Office knowledge
