Job Title: Business Development Executive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Weekly Off: Sunday
About the Role:
Cureayu is seeking a dedicated and well-spoken Business Development Executive to support our healthcare operations. The role involves coordinating with our doctors and assisting customers with order-related queries and confirmations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls for order confirmation and queries
- Coordinate closely with doctors regarding patient/customer requirements
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and orders
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience (preferably in healthcare, telecalling, or customer support)
- Good spoken English and Hindi communication skills
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working from office (Gurgaon location)
