We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Chennai!
If you're a true sales hunter with a passion for winning new business in the BPO/IT services space, this role is for you.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales for BPO/IT services across US & Canada markets
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities
- Set up conference calls, demos, and presentations with key decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets & KPIs
- Support and mentor junior BDEs through training and coaching
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in BPO/IT services sales (US/Canada market)
- Proven ability in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and a team player who thrives with minimal supervision
🕒 Shift Timings:
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
